Your hosting package automatically backs up your website daily for the past 7 days, and then weekly going back 3 months.
Example:
Today, 13 of May, if you need a backup you will have available:
Backup from 6th May until today (daily).
And then 1 backup per week from 1st May until 13th February.
You can also recover the full website directly from your hosting.
- Log in Plesk
- Click in Website and Domains
- Select the domain (if you have more than one in your package)
- And then select Dashboard and select Acronis Backup
- You will see the list of dates available, select the one you want to recover
You can recover only the domain, or only a database, or even only the email accounts.
Select first the date you would like to use, for example in this case, Domains. The list will show your main domain and also the subdomains.
Select the one or all you would like to recover, and click in Recover
You can also check the Recover Operations Log to check what and when was recovered previously.
