Our login page can be found at: https://control.metaregistrar.com/login
To log in, you will be asked for a username and password.
The username consists of two parts; a prefix and the username itself. The prefix (the part before the dash) is the login name for the company, the username after the hyphen is for the user. This makes it possible to assign different roles to people within a company.
If a password has been forgotten, it is possible to have the password reset via the link on the page. To do this, the username and the linked email address must be entered. If these match, a password reset link will be sent. If the data entered is not the same as what is in our database (wrong email address or incorrect username), nothing will be sent.
Security
You can choose to log in with no more than one username and password combination. That is the default setting. But we also offer additional options to make it more difficult for third parties to log in to your account.
Under the header "Account" in the left column, in addition to an overview of the rights to your account, you can also find security.
- IP access restriction: this allows you to indicate from which IP address(es) an account can be logged in. This can occasionally lead to problems, because not everyone has a fixed IP address.
- Two factor status: With this option enabled, after entering the username and password, the code from an authenticator application on your phone must also be entered. The choice of app is completely open.
- Change password: you can change your password if you have it. If not, please check how to reset your password.
- Change email: you can also edit your email address if you have access to the current email. If you do not access to your current email and needs to edit, contact our support.
Both options can be adjusted by an account within your own organization with administrative rights. If such an account is not available, our Support Department will have to be contacted.
