You can cancel a hosting package with the following steps.
You need to log in to our customer portal: https://control.metaregistrar.com
Go to hosting in the overview and then get an overview of your hosting packages.
Click on the name of the hosting package and the following screen will open:
On the right side, you can select to upgrade your plan.
You can also click to cancel the subscription, and then you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation of the hosting package. You need to confirm this email within 24h of the request.
NB! You must cancel your domain name separately via the domains section.
